Fashion is now a vedette on a runway of carbon dioxide emissions and the water crisis.  We, as constantly evolving human beings, are breathing fashion.  We have made it a daily ritual to present ourselves as modern beings through our fashion choices. Fashion has such invisible powers –even the minutest fashion decision can have a colossal impact–, especially when it comes to biodiversity.

Of course, a stylish person can choose to be fashionable. Whereas, a fashionable person cannot choose to be stylish because it is a journey of knowing what they want and finding who they are. The confidence in stylishness, therefore, becomes more profound since the awareness doesn't stop at trends but furthers recognition of the significance of style and sustainability. Hence, how important and impactful is sustainable fashion to our planet?

Unfortunately, the unsustainable nature of this fast and furious fashion has led to adverse effects such as climate change, depletion of natural resources, and loss of biodiversity.

the jet era of louis vuitton cruise 2020: did anna wintour smile or purse her lips?

After 2 days from the MET Gala 2019, Louis Vuitton’s exquisite collection of Cruise 2020 was ultimately showcased.  Not only a sense of neo-futurism but also the historical aspects of the venue, which was the iconic, UFO-like TWA Flight Center by Eero Saarinen in 1962 at JFK airport, was quite potential to be Nicolas Ghesquière’s inspiration.  Also, this collection represented the organic first impression of Nicolas Ghesquière about his visit to New York.
